Where we ship

 Cocorehab currently ships to addresses within the United States and Canada.
Processing time
Orders are typically processed within [1–2] business days of purchase, not including weekends or holidays.

Shipping time
Once shipped, orders generally arrive within 5–10 business days, depending on destination and carrier. Total time from order to delivery (processing + shipping) is typically 5–10 business days after processing is complete.

Shipping rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order weight, size, and destination.

Order tracking
You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Delays
Occasionally, shipments may be delayed due to weather, carrier issues, customs processing (for Canadian orders), or high order volume. We'll do our best to notify you of any significant delays.

International customs (Canada)
Orders shipped to Canada may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by Canadian customs authorities. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the item price or shipping cost.

Lost or damaged packages
If your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us at nicholas.t.jackson21@gmail.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date so we can assist you.

Incorrect address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Cocorehab is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrectly entered address. Additional shipping fees may apply to reship orders returned due to address errors.
